YouTube has announced a partnership with Sony which will allow PlayStation users to upload in game videos onto YouTube. Developers will now be able to include this feature in future games or add it to old titles via a network update. According to YouTube s dev blog the technology will allow gamers to capture footage of their in game shenanigans on the PS and then upload a video of it onto the video website mega hub. The feature has been made possible with YouTube s APIs and Tools which were released last March.
